RETURNS AND REFUNDS

STEP 1
Please contact customer service within 30 days of receipt. You will need your order number, this can be found on your order confirmation email. Please ensure your item is in the same condition that you received it, unused, unopened and in its original packaging.
If your return is accepted, our customer service team will send you the next steps to follow. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will unfortunately not be accepted.

STEP 2
Should your item arrive damaged or something has gone wrong, please take a photo and send it to our customer service department along with your return request.

STEP 3
Pop your item in the post back to us, with the address provided by our advisor. Unfortunately, we can currently only cover shipping costs if there is a problem with your order.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, your refund will be completed within 14 days of us receiving the return package.

Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items and gift cards cannot be refunded.
Late or missing refunds
Your refund will be completed within 14 days of us receiving the return package.
If this is not the case, please follow these steps before contacting our

- Please contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
