When will my order ship?

Orders shipped with Standard Delivery service are dispatched from our UK distribution centre within 1-2 working days. Orders are processed on business days only (Monday through Friday). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

*Although great care is taken to ensure all deliveries are dispatched in the allocated time period; in times of higher than normal order volume the 1-2 business day processing time might be extended. Thus shipping might take more time during peak and holiday season

All orders are dispatched from our UK warehouse.

What are Your Delivery Fees?

Standard Delivery fees UK

  • Free delivery on all orders over £55.
  • £5 on all orders under £55

2 to 3 business days.

Express Shipping UK

  • £7 on all orders

1 business day.

Please place your order before 1:00 PM (Monday to Thursday) to guarantee next-day delivery

Europe & International

  • 10£ on all orders

EU: 3 to 5 business days.

Rest of the world: 5 to 7 business days

Some countries may experience longer
delivery times due to customs processing.

Please note: You may encounter
a customs or duty fee when receiving your order. This fee will be dependent on
your country. Please be advised that we are not responsible for taxes
and/or duties or any brokerage and/or delivery fees applied to international
shipments.

Although we take great measures to ensure our products have a speedy transition through customs, we kindly request that you
contact your customs office to thoroughly inquire about import regulations
before placing your order, as we will not be liable for packages refused or
held for delivery.

What are the Christmas delivery deadlines?

To ensure your luxurious haircare treats arrive in time for Christmas:

  • Standard UK Delivery:

We advise to place your order by 16th December

  • Express UK Delivery:

We advise to place your order by 19th December before 11am for guaranteed delivery

  • Standard International Shipping:

We advise to place your order by 9th December.

Can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a unique tracking link via email.

What happens if I’m not at home during delivery?

If you are unavailable, Royal Mail courier will leave a calling card with instructions for
rescheduling your delivery or collecting it from a local depot.

What if my order doesn't arrive?

If you have successfully placed an order and still haven't received it, even though the
tracking status indicates delivery, we recommend contacting the courier to
locate your shipment. If the issue persists, kindly email us at support@amaraya.co

What if I ordered an item on pre-order?

If you order an item on pre-order, your entire order will be held and delivered when that item comes back in stock.
